I HAVE A DESIGN FOR A SOFA, CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT BASED ON THAT, ACCORTO MY PREFERRED COLOR AND SIZE?

Absolutely! Just share your design/idea with us or visit our factory, and we can customize any furniture product as per your requirements.

DO YOU PROVIDE EMI ON YOUR PRODUCT?

We don't provide an EMI option.

ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES AND INSTALLATION CHARGES?

We deliver our products to PAN India. Delivery costs vary depending on where you live and the number/size of pieces you purchase. Once we receive your order, we will send you a personalized delivery quote. A delivery charge will be separate. While we don't take any extra charge for installing and delivering the furniture in Dehradun.

CAN YOU TAKE AWAY THE OLD FURNITURE?

We are a manufacturer and seller of only new and designer products. We do not accept / exchange products for old furniture.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY WHEN BOOK A PRODUCT?

For a retail product, the complete amount needs to be paid so that we can ship your furniture to you. For any customized product, we will need 50% of the amount to start working for you. And balance 50% before dispatching it.

CAN YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS IN ANY STATE?

Pan-India delivery is available, but GST & Transportation will be separate.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME TO PICK UP THE PRODUCT?

Order must be picked up within the agreed time frame from the day of booking. Else warehouse charges will be applicable.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FURNITURE?

We do keep a small number of best-selling items in stock which can be delivered from our local store. Most pieces are made to order in our factory and will take longer to arrive. Every Timothy Olton piece is individually handmade, and its handcraftsmanship makes each piece special. We appreciate your patience while your unique item is being made.

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES IN DEHRADUN?

Absolutely, we provide interior design services in Uttarakhand and some other states. We have completed many residential and commercial interior projects, which we share with our clients when they discuss their projects with us.

IS THE COMPANY PROVIDE A PRODUCT/SERVICE WARRANTY?

Sure, we provide our product manufacturing as well as a material warranty not for wear and tear, generally, we provide a 3-7 year warranty depending on the product. Which we mention in the quotation.

IN WHICH PACKAGING ARE THE PRODUCTS DISPATCHED?

We will pack goods by our standards. We will charge an extra fee for any special packing customer require.

IS THE RATE YOU GIVE INCLUDING GST AND TRANSPORTATION?

*GST and transportation will be separate, GST on all furniture products is 18%. But in some cases (locally), we don’t take delivery charges separately.
